Schatt Hesser Mcgraw was founded with the intention of providing our corporate clients with the wide array of civil representation required to survive in the competitive and government regulated business climate that exists in today’s world and our individual clients with the personal service necessary to allay their concerns over legal matters.
J. Theodore “Ted” Schatt started The Schatt Law Firm, PLLC on March 1, 2009. Kenneth M. Hesser joined Mr. Schatt on May 15, 2011. Mr. Schatt and Mr. Hesser bring the skills and experience necessary to solve the legal issues of a diverse client base. Our clients range from companies with gross revenue of over $50 million per year to pro bono work for non-profit organizations and individuals without economic resources. Our clients' business interests include developers, construction contractors and subcontractors, construction material suppliers, health care providers, equine agents, horse farms, and various other interests in need of counsel.
Jon I. McGraw joined the firm in 2015 as a shareholder and partner. He brought his extensive knowledge and experience of real estate law to the firm, as well as his reputation for closing even the toughest deals. Mr. McGraw has conducted more than 500 real estate closings, and he also provides professional counsel on corporate and incorporation laws.
